Processing Time

  • Orders take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

  • You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships out.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Delays can happen due to weather, postal issues, or high demand — we’ll keep you updated if so.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • If you don’t see updates right away, give it 24–48 hours to sync with the carrier system.

Wrong Address / Missing Packages

  • Double-check your shipping address before checkout.

  • We’re not responsible for lost packages due to wrong addresses.

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t get it, contact the carrier first. We’ll do what we can to help, but we don’t guarantee replacements in these cases.

International Orders

  • Unfortnately at the moment we don't sell or ship outside the U.S.A.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If your order shows up damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement.
