Melanin & Honey Apparel – Refund & Return Policy

At Melanin & Honey, we keep it real — we want you to love what you wear. If it doesn’t hit the way you expected, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

• You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still tagged.

• To kick off a return, hit us up at orders@melaninandhoneyapparel.org with your order number.

• Return shipping is on you, unless we messed up.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? No problem — as long as it’s in stock. We will send you a new size at no cost to you. 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still tagged.

• Exchanges run on the same 30-day window as returns.

Refunds

• Once your gear gets back to us and passes inspection, we’ll drop the refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s on us).

Final Sale Items

• No take-backs on sale pieces, gift cards, or digital downloads.

• Custom or personalized gear is also final sale unless it’s defective.

Wrong or Damaged Item

• If your order shows up damaged or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll cover the return shipping and either swap it out or refund you in full.
